🏫 Instructions for Teams

  1. Kindly do not touch costly and sensitive materials like:
    1. CCTV Cameras
    2. Window Glass
    3. Fans, Lights, Almirahs
    4. Toilets & Toilet Fittings
  2. Playing inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.
  3. School Teams are required to maintain discipline inside the premises
  4. Team Coach/Manager will be held responsible for any damage inside the school.
  5. Switch off the lights of your room by 10:00 PM.
  6. No students are allowed to move in the campus after 9:30 PM.
  7. Team Should report in the football court, half an hour before the start of match.
  8. The premises is a No Tobacco / No Smoking / No Liquor / No Drugs Zone. If any illegal item is found, it will lead to legal action..
  9. Avail the lunch/dinner etc. as per the timings without making delay by producing the coupons.
  10. Teams should use the wash rooms available on their floors only.
  11. All information regarding Football Championship is available on the CBSE sports website

Valedictory Function

  • Time: 11:00 a.m.
  • Venue: Sahakar Vidya Mandir School Campus
Note: Participation in the Opening Ceremony is compulsory. Schools are requested to bring their School Flag, and students should be in proper Sports Uniform of their school. Participation criteria will be as per the CBSE Rules of Sports & Games 2025–26. It is compulsory for all the teams to take part in the March Past with their team jerseys or school uniforms.
Age Criteria
  • Under 14 years: Born on or after January 1, 2012
  • Under 17 years: Born on or after January 1, 2009
  • Under 19 years: Born on or after January 1, 2007
Important Instructions
  1. Meeting of Coaches and Managers will begin at 07:30 p.m. on 25th August, 2025 in the administrative block.
  2. The team members must be instructed to observe discipline, code of conduct and to use the school property with utmost care. In case of any damage, deduction will be made from the security deposit.
  3. Participating schools are requested to bring attested and duly signed CBSE Entry Proforma of the participants and coach/manager.
  4. It is expected from the participating schools to keep the premises clean.
  5. The participants need to bring their Football Kit.
Boarding and Lodging
  1. Sahakar Vidya Mandir School Campus will provide school-wise separate accommodations for boys in the School Campus.
  2. The Team Managers and Coaches are supposed to stay with their teams.
  3. The payment for food & accommodation will be borne by the teams. As per CBSE norms, ₹500/- per head per day shall be deposited in advance at the time of reporting.
  4. Refundable security deposit of ₹3000/- is to be paid at the Hostel.
  5. Only vegetarian food will be served.
  6. All participants are advised to carry their own lock & key for safety, along with a travel bag.
  7. The team shall be responsible for their belongings and are advised NOT to carry costly items. School authority will not be held responsible for any loss.
  8. The contingent must not damage Sahakar Vidya Mandir School Campus or its assets. In case of any damage, the participating team will bear the cost.
  9. Every day, last entry into the campus will be by 9:30 PM. After that, team members will not be allowed to go out without permission.
  10. Departing teams are requested to inform the Accounts Department at least four hours prior to their departure for clearance and transport arrangement.
Transportation
  1. For the convenience of the outstation participating teams, the school transport committee will arrange transportation from Malkapur Railway Station (Station Code: MKU) to Sahakar Vidya Mandir, Buldhana (50 km) at concessional fare.
  2. Bus facility will be provided on 25th August 2025 from Buldhana Bus Stand to the school. Please email us the travel details and number of persons in your team in advance for better coordination.

Compulsory Documents

The following documents are mandatory along with the entry form. They must be attested by the school principal. Originals should be carried and shown upon request:

  1. Copy of CBSE online registration with photograph for each student.
  2. Team photograph with Principal (Annexure No. 4).
  3. Attested identity card (UID) as per CBSE specifications.
  4. Online printout of school team participation form.
  5. All the participating schools must attach the proof of payment of Annual Sports Fee to CBSE (Rs. 10,000/-) session 2025-26

Note: Only online registration of participants with valid UID numbers and online entry proforma submitted on the CBSE Website will be accepted.
